Deluxe resort pricing begins at $209 + tax per night (during value season) and can vary greatly depending on the resort, room category and season.  Each Disney Deluxe Resort is elaborately themed down to the last detail.  They are the ultimate escape from the hustle and bustle of the theme parks.  Each deluxe resort has a large themed pool area with waterslide as well as secondary pools.  Each features at least 2 sit down restaurants and a quick service location.  All rooms open to interior corridors for comfort and safety.  Most deluxe rooms will comfortably accommodate a family of 5 plus one child under the age of 3.  The Wilderness Lodge and Animal Kingdom Lodge standard rooms are designed to accommodate families of 4 plus one child under the age of 3.  Deluxe resorts offer the most convenient access to the theme parks.  The Magic Kingdom area resorts (Polynesian, Contemporary and Grand Floridian) offer ultra convenient monorail access to the Magic Kingdom and Epcot theme parks.  The Polynesian, Grand Floridian and Wilderness Lodge also offer boat launch service to the Magic Kingdom.  The Epcot area resorts (Yacht and Beach Club Resorts and Boardwalk Inn) are walking distance to both MGM Studios and Epcot.  These resorts also offer convenient boat launch service to these resorts.
