Would your organization be interested in an easy way to earn extra money?  A Magical Memories Travel Fundraiser may be just what you are looking for!  Once your organization is registered with our fundraiser program, we will donate 30% of our proceeds from any vacation packages directly to your organization.  It could not be easier.  Simply make everyone you know aware of your organizations agreement with Magical Memories Travel.  Refer them to this site  and ask them to be sure to let us know they were sent to us by your organization.  We will take care of everything from there!  You need to do nothing more than refer your organization members to our agency and remind them to let us know what organization they would like to see receive credit for their booking.

 

The guests you refer to us will be eligible for all special offers and services, their reservations will not be handled any different from any other.  The cost of their trip will not be increased in any way.

 

Checks will be sent once a month provided that your organization has $25 or more in earnings.  Earnings are not posted until the guest has returned from their vacation.  Your organization will earn 30% of the proceeds received by Magical Memories Travel.  Anything the agency is paid for, your organization will receive credit for.  This includes vacation packages, cruises, hotels, rental cars, theme park tickets and some airfare.  For example:

 

If a member of your organization books a week long Disney Cruise with a pretax total of $2500, a hotel room for $125 for the night before their cruise leaves, a rental car for $75 and books a special offer air sale (non-commissionable) for $400, your organization would receive $75 credit on the cruise, $3.75 on the hotel room, $2.25 on the rental car but would not receive credit on the air fare.  The total contribution for this trip would be $81.00. 

 

If another member travels for business often and books a total of 10 night at a hotel for $75/night, your organization would receive $22.50.
