We know you may have some questions about our special discounted rates for the Vacation for the Cure in October or the Mousketeer Meet in December .  If you do not find the answer to your question here, email us and we will be happy to answer them for you!

Why are the rates listed as per person and not per room? 

The rates are quoted as a package so the per person rate includes room and tickets and would apply to the first 2 adults in the room.  We elected to list prices this way as not every family is the same.  The rate quoted includes a 3-day adult base ticket and 1/2 the room cost.  Additional guests in the room would still require a ticket but beyond 2 guests in the room, there is no additional charge for the room.  For one adult in the room, the rate will be higher.  For one adult and one child, slightly lower.

What kind of confirmation of my reservation will I receive?
You will receive a written confirmation of your reservation in the mail directly from Disney.  Your Magical Memories agent will provide you with your confirmation number at the time of booking but your written confirmation will come directly from Disney.

What is the cancellation policy?

It is important to understand that group rates are based on the understanding that a certain number of rooms will be booked per night.  Because of this, the Magical Memories cancellation policy is a bit different. 
 

For the Vacation for the Cure October 23 - October 31, 2008:
Cancellations made before September 15, 2008 will receive a full refund of their deposit amount.  For cancellations after September 15, 2008 will forfeit the deposit amount.  If we are able to fill your space with another family, your deposit will be refunded in full. Because of this cancellation policy, we do strongly recommend that you consider vacation insurance.  

 

For the Mouseketeer Meet November 30 - December 14, 2008:

Cancellations made before October 25, 2008 will receive a full refund of their deposit amount.  For cancellations after October 25, 2008 will forfeit the deposit amount.  If we are able to fill your space with another family, your deposit will be refunded in full. Because of this cancellation policy, we do strongly recommend that you consider vacation insurance.

What are the payment requirements?
For room only reservations, a one night deposit is required.  Tickets must be purchased in advance a minimum of 3 days prior to your arrival.  Final payment requirements may vary depending on the package components selected.  Ask your Magical Memories Vacation Specialist for complete details for your individual package.

Is there a minimum stay requirement?
Yes, this package must be booked with a minimum 3-night stay.  There is no minimum ticket requirement or maximum length of stay.

Can I add the dining plan that is available with Magic Your Way packages?

Yes!  The Disney Dining Plan, Deluxe Disney Dining Plan and Wine and Dine options are all available to add to your package.  Ask your Magical Memories Travel vacation specialist for complete details.

Can I still use Magical Express if I book with this special offer?

Yes!  We will need to provide Magical Express with your flight information.  Your luggage tags and Magical Express documents will be mailed directly to you by Disney.

Do I have to participate in any activities with your group?

No.  There are no events to attend or requirements in any way.

Can I make my own requests or do I have to stay in rooms blocked for the whole group?

Of course!  We encourage you to let us know about any special requests (near elevators, specific buildings etc.) as soon as possible.  The earlier your request is made, the more likely it is to be available.  As with any reservations, Disney will make every effort to honor your request if possible but requests can not be guaranteed.

Do I still qualify for your other client services such as making Advance Dining Arrangements?

Yes, with one exception.  We will still be happy to make any dining or recreation arrangements for you and will continue to monitor your reservation for any other discounts.  We are unable to offer the free subscription to TourGuideMiKE with these special rates.  We will be happy to provide you with a discount code for TourGuideMiKE if you would like to subscribe on your own.

How long will this offer be available?

We have a limited number of rooms reserved for each resort.  This offer will remain open untill all rooms are filled or until September 23, 2008 for the Vacation for the Cure or October 31 for the Mousketeer Meet, which ever comes first!

How long should it take to receive a quote response back after filling out the online form?
It is our goal to respond to all quote requests within 48 hours at most.  Quotes are received by a member of our administrative team and are assigned to an available agent.  If you do not hear from an agent within 48 hours of requesting a quote, please email us at quotes@magicalmemoriestravel.com and let us know.  The administrative team will then locate an agent who is available to respond as soon as possible.  If for any reason we anticipate a response time of more than 48 hours, the admin team will notify you of what to expect.
